How do I order?
By simply completing and enquiry cart of the items you require (click add and complete enquiry process), a quote will be drawn up and faxed/emailed to you. We aim to get a quote within to you within 48 hours. Once approved, simply email/fax proof on your school’s letterhead (with order number if required) with proof of payment (excludes accounts clients). You can also request a CD-catalogue, or if you need, any of our sales consultants will be glad to meet with you and discuss your needs one-on-one (where possible).
How do I get my goods?
You are able to collect, but usually we arrange a courier service. Other modes include use of the post office or Speed Services. Costs vary depending on weight as well as volumetric sizes of boxes but generally are 5-10% of your order value with a minimum charge applicable. Lab furniture works out to roughly 20% of the cost. We pack all items well for transport and mark boxes appropriately, but problems can be experienced with certain chemicals and glassware at times when boxes are mishandled. Insurance on carriage can be arranged as an additional cost. In the unlikely event, please do contact us the same day you receive them with pictures, and any other relevant details and we will have this sorted out as soon as possible.

Can I come around to your office to have a look at the products?
Most definitively! Our office is located at 121 Kromboom Road, Athlone Cape Town. You are welcome to have a look at or request a demo on a product. Please contact us to make an appointment.

Are we the cheapest?
It’s unwise to pay too much, or too little. When you pay too much, you lose money, when you pay too little, you sometime could lose everything because as experience has taught many of us, the item bought may be incapable of doing what is required, or lasting more than 1 experiment, or the company is a fly-by-night without a proven track record which provides no recourse should you have problems. That said, you will find that a large range of our products are very competitively priced as compared to our competitors.
What is your policy regarding returned items?
Items are to be checked by the teacher concerned and problems reported to us within 30 days. After this time, it becomes difficult for us to get concessions from our suppliers as with any industry. You may return any product within the 30 day period provided that the product is in the original packaging and condition. Credits will only be issued once we have received and checked the item.
